- Territory and expression of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay
- Evaluate the potential of Pinot Noir
- Vinification techniques to manage / enhance the variability of terroirs.

Objectifs

At the end of the training, the trainee will be able to better diagnose the potential offered by the physical environment of the territory (soil, climate, relief) and to adapt the viticultural and oenological practices to draw a strong added value.
